Refund policy

Returns of unused and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery are accepted for shop credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer. KHEPP is not responsible for lost return packages, so we recommend return packages be insured and tracked. Please email hello@khepp.com to begin a return.
